On performance days, the Box Office will stay open until the end of the interval.
On Sundays and Bank Holidays the Box Office will be open 90 mins before the start of the performance.

The Box Office is located within the theatre’s main foyer. For those that require assistance, please use the glass door entrance to the left of the main entrance and ring the access bell. A member of our team will come and assist you.
You can now purchase ticket protection to ensure a worry-free booking at Selladoor Venues.
From traffic delays, illness, adverse weather conditions, strikes, accidents and more, it’s easy for you to apply for a refund.
From just £2 per ticket, you can add booking protection and feel safe knowing you can claim a refund. Just add to the basket when you check out!
If you are booking on behalf of a group of friends, family or co-workers, please contact our Box Office team, as there may be special discounted prices available for you. Our team will assist you to secure the best prices and the best seats for your group.
School bookings can be made via the Box Office. Some performances will have special Schools tickets available, which may be limited. Where Schools tickets are not available, group rates will apply thereafter.
We have general risk assessments of the theatre available and welcome site visits prior to your trip if required.

Queen’s Theatre and The Landmark offers complimentary tickets to Essential Carers for visitors with a disability. When booking your tickets please let us know how we can make your visit easier. We may ask you to let us know some further details to ensure that we’re able to give you the best assistance we can and so we can put in to place the appropriate safety measure for evacuation procedures.

We welcome guide and assistance dogs with open arms and a fresh bowl of water.
For those with dementia, we offer support to ensure your visit is as welcoming as possible. We are happy to show you around the venue prior to a show to familiarise yourself with the venue. We have also identified some seating areas which may help with your visit. Please contact us to discuss anything we can do to assist with your experience.
Only one concession is available per ticket, and appropriate identification may be required upon request.
You may also be asked to confirm some personal details of the person who booked the tickets. It is not necessary to present a booking confirmation when collecting, although this can help to make collection more efficient during busy periods.
If you would prefer, we can post your tickets to the address registered to the card used during your booking. Postage of tickets is an additional £1 per order.
If you have lost tickets we can reprint them for you upon proof of purchase on the day of the performance only. E-tickets can be re-downloaded from your account, just log in and go to the ‘etickets’ tab.
We will do our very best to keep any inconvenience and disruption to a minimum but would ask for your patience and understanding.
If you notice anything suspicious when visiting, please do not hesitate to report your concerns to a member of staff, security or the police.
BABES IN ARMS
At most shows, we welcome parents to carry young children into the theatre to watch a performance with them. For children under 18 months, they will not require a ticket. For over 18 months, please ensure that you purchase a ticket for all people attending the show.
