IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – CLOSED UNTIL 26 NOVEMBER
Updated: 26th May 2020
As a valued customer we want to thank you for your support during this very difficult time and our temporary closure.
During these challenging times, the safety of our customers, teams and visiting companies remains our top priority. While we work with industry and government bodies to find a safe way to operate, we have been forced to make the difficult decision to remain closed beyond our original planned date, until 26th November.
We are working with the producers of all affected performances between now and 26th November with plans to reschedule as many shows as possible. We have already secured the following new dates:
Oh! What A Night – rescheduled to Friday 8th January 2021
Arrival – Hits Of Abba – rescheduled to Saturday 20th March 2021
Rhod Gilbert: The Book of John – rescheduled to Wednesday 17th February 2021
The Glenn Miller & Big Band Spectacular – rescheduled to Thursday 1st April 2021
The Roy Orbison Story – rescheduled to Saturday 7th August 2021
Mercury – rescheduled to Saturday 28th November 2021
Bernie Marsden – Whitesnake – rescheduled to Thursday 30th September 2021
If you do not see your show in the above list, we are still working on the best solution for you and will be in touch very soon.
All ticket holders will be contacted directly with options of either transfers to the new date, credit to account, or refund. We are extremely grateful to all customers who have so far donated their ticket money towards the running of the theatres. Please do not try to contact the Box Office as we do not have anyone working onsite at this time. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Some customers have asked how they can help during these challenging times – We are extremely grateful to those customers who are not able to make their rescheduled show and have donated their ticket towards the upkeep of the theatres, ensuring that we can re-open soon and bring you even more first-class productions.
Our website is still available to book new tickets 24/7 and don’t forget, we have big plans for this year’s magical pantomime Cinderella – oh yes we do!
Your theatres are determined to open again as soon as it is safe to do so, but we can only do this with your support.
Best wishes from The Queen’s Theatre and The Landmark during these difficult times and we look forward to welcoming you again very soon.
