AN UPDATE FROM YOUR LOCAL THEATRES
As we enter into a new national lockdown, Queen’s Theatre and The Landmark will remain closed until our area is placed into a tier that will allow us to open safely inline with government guidance.
A number of measures are already in place to make sure your visit is COVID secure, such as hand sanitising at all entrances, temperature checks on arrival, e-tickets, social distancing, staggered arrival times on your tickets and more. If you book a show you’ll receive a pre-show email with all the details before the performance.
We’ve been working really hard to ensure that your visit is a safe and reassuring experience. We’ve been approved by Visit Britain to display their industry standard mark to ensure that you feel safe during your visit. It’s a signal that our efforts have been recognised and that we’ve adapted our day to day operations to ensure we’re COVID compliant.
We look forward to welcoming you back to the theatre this year and can’t thank you enough for your continued support.

During these challenging times, the safety of our customers, teams and visiting companies remains our top priority and performances will continue to either be rescheduled or cancelled if they cannot be performed with socially distanced audiences.
We’re working with limited staffing and resources to reschedule performances, but please be assured that we are doing this as quickly as possible and your tickets/money are safe. If your show has been rescheduled or cancelled we’ll be in touch with you as soon as possible by email with further information. If your performance is rescheduled we will automatically transfer your tickets to the new date, however if this isn’t suitable we can refund you, or we can apply a credit on your account to use for a future performance.
You may also wish to consider donating your ticket money to the theatre, giving you access to 2020Club and 10% off all future shows and purchases for 12 months once the theatre has re-opened, please let us know by email if you’d like to do this.
If you have already emailed us with a request, we will respond to you as soon as we can.
The following shows have been affected and either rescheduled, cancelled or we are still in discussions with the producer.
