Updated: 3rd April 2020

As a valued customer, we thank you for your support during this very difficult time and our temporary closure.

We are working hard to reschedule events where possible and contact all ticket-holders for affected performances. Please bear with us as we are working with a reduced remote workforce during this time.

Further to government advice, we are extending our initial period of closure and are now planning to re-open on the following dates:

The Queen’s Theatre – 28th June with History of Rock

The Landmark – 2nd July with Neil Jones ‘Gingerland’

Naturally, we will be following all further government advice and will adapt these dates if necessary.

For all show ticket-holders prior to these dates, please keep an eye on your emails as we will be sharing information as soon as it is confirmed. Please do not try to contact the Box Office as our teams are not working in the venues and phone lines are not manned.

If the performance can be rescheduled your tickets will be transferred to the new date. If this is not suitable, or the performance is cancelled, your account can be credited with the same amount for use in the future, or of course you are entitled to a full refund.

Some customers have asked how they can help during these challenging times – We are extremely grateful to those customers who weren’t able to make their rescheduled show and have therefore donated their tickets towards the upkeep of the theatres, ensuring that we can re-open soon and bring you even more first-class productions.

Thank you for your continued support. We wish you all well at this time and look forward to opening our doors again very soon.
