HOW TO BOOK TICKETS
There are 3 ways to book tickets.
- In Person
You can book tickets for all performances online at any time. Our website is safe, secure and easy to use. You can select your favourite seats using our interactive seating plans.
You’re also able to book tickets with us over the phone by calling the box office on 01271 316523. The Box Office is currently closed for in person bookings due to the on-going pandemic.
If you require accessible seating or need assistance with your booking, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
Queen’s Theatre and Landmark offers complimentary tickets to essential carers for disabled visitors. We ask that you provide some documentation of either PIP or DLA payments in return for the complimentary tickets.

Please note that personal cheques are not accepted at our Box Office. We also do not accept American Express.
Where offered, concession ticket prices apply to those either
- Under 16 years old,
- Full-time students,
- Over 65
Other concessions may apply to certain events.
RECEIVING YOUR TICKETS
We encourage all bookers to recieve their ticket by email. You don’t have to print these out as long as they’re easily visible for our Ushers and Staff to check.
If you’re collecting tickets at the Box Office, you may be asked to confirm some personal details of the person who booked the tickets. It is not necessary to present a booking confirmation when collecting, although this can help to make the collection more efficient during busy periods.
If you would prefer, we can post your tickets to the address registered to the card used during your booking. A fee of £1 will apply when posting tickets to your home. Postal tickets will not be sent within 7 days of a performance.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
Your safety is our number one priority and on occasions, there may be some additional security measures in place when you visit us. We will do our very best to keep any inconvenience and disruption to a minimum but would ask for your patience and understanding. Please note that large bags will not be admitted to the auditorium and will not be allowed to be stored during the performance.
If you notice anything suspicious when visiting, please do not hesitate to report your concerns to a member of staff, security or the police.
PURCHASES OF 10 TICKETS OR MORE
If you are booking upon behalf of a group, please contact our Box Office team, as there may be discounted prices available for you. Our team will assist you secure the best prices and best seats for your group.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All tickets are sold subject to our current terms and conditions. Tickets are non-refundable by the venue unless the performance is cancelled or rescheduled.
